Wall Panel Warranty Policy

This warranty applies to our line of wall panel products.

Luxelayer wall panels come with a 10-year product warranty ensuring that they will not crack, blister, or delaminate, and will stay watertight when installed and sealed following our installation instructions. It is essential to use Luxelayer's provided adhesive/sealant during installation. In the case of a valid claim, we will replace the panels with the same design (or an equivalent or different design if the original is not available) or offer a refund for defective products. Please note that the warranty does not cover any labor costs related to the replacement of covered products, or any consequential, special incidental charges, damages, or losses. Our wall panels are guaranteed for normal domestic use conditions (indoors, in a specific climate range) starting from the date of purchase by the original end user at the original installation location. This guarantee is non-transferable.

This guarantee does not cover failure of the product due to:

Improper installation.

Failure to maintain the silicone seal on all edges as per the installation instructions. The use of WallPanels.com.au sealant is mandatory.Improper maintenance or storage - panels must be stored flat and not vertically against walls or balanced between trestles.

Incorrect cleaning procedures

panels should be cleaned only with water, PVC cleaner, soap. Damage or misuse, including: Cracks, impacts, and cuts from hard objects; Scratches and surface damage from sharp objects or abrasive materials, regardless of whether caused by a contractor, service provider, or end user; Normal wear and tear (aging), such as scratches, friction marks, or other surface blemishes.

Before installation, the following inspections must be conducted, and any concerns should be reported. Claims related to these issues will not be covered by this warranty after installation.

Consistency in color matching and sheen levels across all panels and profiles.

If panels are to be installed by a tradesman, the colors and condition should be approved by the customer before the installation takes place.

Note for Tongue and groove style Inspect tongue and groove jointed boards before the final installation to ensure a seamless finish and tightly fitted joints.
